See where vehicle is right now. And if it's moving or stopped.
You can leave the map on
the computer screen during the day and see the vehicle's location change as it's driven around !!
Create virtual electric fences on-line so you know if the vehicle Enters and/or Exits these geographic areas. They can be any shape and changed any time on the internet !
Alerts available:
Receive an alert immediately if:
• Vehicle travels above a user-defined speed speed - 35 MPH minimum. • Vehicle Arrives at an electric fence area. • Vehicle Departs from an electric fence area. • First Movement of the day - Be notified when operator starts his/her day. • No Movement before a specified time - Operator is supposed to be up and somewhere like school but hasn't left yet. • All movement before and after specified times - See if vehicle is operated during odd hours. • Extended stop exceeding a user-defined maximum vehicle stop time - Range of 15 minutes - 180 minutes. See if vehicle doesn't move for an extended amount of time. • Enter or Exit specific zip codes that you list - Similar to an electric fence, be notified if vehicle Enters and/or Exits certain geographic areas. • Idle time that exceeds a user-defined maximum vehicle idle time - 10 minutes minimum. Operator lets vehicle sit idling too long wasting gas.
• Instead of receiving Alerts immediately during the day, you can have a report of them emailed to you Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

Alot of Reports available including:
• Detailed Activity - Details about where vehicle travelled, stops made & speeds driven. Example to the left. For each location, you can see a pop-up map showing that location. • Start/ Stop - See all starts and stops made including where the vehicle was, miles driven, when the vehicle arrived and when it left. • Beginning/ End of Day - See where the vehicle was when it was first driven in the morning and where it parked at end of the day. • Speed - See high speeds driven. You can enter whatever speed you'd like and see when and where it was exceeded. • Alerts - See all alerts that were triggered. • Location - Specify an electric fence, and get a report of all dates and times that the vehicle was in it. • Mileage by State - Mainly for tax purposes, see how many miles vehicle travelled in various states driven in. • Idle - Specify a # of minutes and see a report of days and times where vehicle exceeded this # of minutes idling.
• You can save reports on your own computer - in MS Excel, Adobe PDF or CSV (comma delimited) format.
