Fixing error when logging in to tracking website with Google Chrome browser

Typical error screen:

When a computer crashes or is rebooted without closing the Google Chrome browser, the tracking website may leave a ‘cookie’ that needs to be deleted.
Here’s how to delete it:

In the Google Chrome browser, where you normally enter a web page address (such as “www.abc.com”), enter this there: chrome://settings/content/cookies
Press the Enter key.
(Optional, more difficult way: Click on Chrome menu in upper right → Settings → Advanced → Content Settings → All cookies and site data)
You’ll see a screen like the one below.
Where it says ‘See all cookies and site data’ click on the triangle at the right.

You’ll see a screen like the one below.
In the upper right there will be text that says ‘Search cookies’.

Where it says ‘Search cookies,’ enter ‘Alltrack’
Click the search icon to the left
Then you see all AlltrackUSA websites with cookies stored on your computer.

There should be one listed called ‘track.alltrackusa.com’
Click on the triangle at the right.

You’ll see a screen like the one below.
These are all cookies stored on your computer for the tracking website.
There should be one called ‘ULLPL’
Delete it by clicking the ‘X’ to the right.

That’s it. The tracking login screen should work alright now.
